Precisely Designed

1. We use the same software used to make the Airbus. Topsolid, which is based on the parasolid kernel, is a fully parametric Wood CAD solution with inbuilt wood functions and libraries.
2. Designed as per JPMA & ASTM Global safety standards for children
3. Our experienced draftsmen have handled various product variations and sizes as we do a lot of customisation for our customers. 

Precisely Manufactured
We also use Topsolid CAM software, which is fully integrated to the CAD. ere is minimal intervention after the designing stage; the software automatically interprets all machining operations in the design. is means what you design is what you will get.
We use a 5 axis CNC with a CNC lathe, which means you can get exact 3D carving and relief work for your entire order as required by your design.
We have all woodworking machinery at our factory.
We use spray finishing to paint and infra red lights to dry our furniture in a dust free chamber. 


Effective Organisation

1. Our organisation uses a cloud based ERP and all records and statutory requirements for bookkeeping, manufacturing processes & quality controls for exports are effectively recorded.
2. We ensure that we follows all laws & regulations and take steps to protect the environment.
3. We do not employ child labour.
